  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Chopped scallions for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss the shrimp in the almond flour mixture, making sure each shrimp is coated.
  3. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, hot sauce, honey substitute, and apple cider vinegar.
  6. Once the shrimp are cooked, remove them from the skillet and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to remove any excess oil.
  7. Toss the cooked shrimp in the Bang Bang sauce until they are coated.
  8. Serve the Bang Bang Shrimp hot, garnished with chopped scallions.
