CONTENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS
I coated the stew meat in flour and fried it in olive oil!
I added some Worcestershire, paprika, and garlic powder.
Add the meat to a baking dish, add diced tomatoes, basil, oregano and garlic tomato sauce, low sodium broth, half a bag of fresh carrots, quartered golden potatoes, frozen green beans and peas!
I almost forgot, sweet onion cut into quarters!
It thickened perfectly because it was coated in flour!
