breakfast cauliflower muffins

Ingredients
5 eggs
1/8 c heavy cream
3/4 c strained cauliflower rice (or 1 frozen bag)
3/4 c cheddar and mozzarella
5 strips of crumbled bacon
1Tbs diced jalapenos
salt/pepper
Onion/garlic powder
Preheat to 375°
Cook for 20 min
Top with little more cheddar and bacon.
