Ingredients:
500g cake
3 cloves of garlic, minced
250g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp. herbes de Provence
5 tbsp. Tahini (+more for serving)
1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
3/4 cans of water
ca. 300g sweetcorn (from can)
2 handful fresh Basil leaves
2-3 handfuls of arugula
Salt & pepper to taste
