Put 2 cups of chicken broth and some sesame oil into the pot.
While it starts to boil, put an egg with a teaspoon of water in a separate bowl and whisk well.
Then also prepare cornstarch slurry.
1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1/8 cup cold water.
When the soup boils, add it to the cornstarch slurry and stir for a minute.
Remove the heat and slowly pour in your egg and after 30 seconds or so take out a spoon and stir the egg a few times to stir.
