I love to create meals that are low carb but still taste like the real thing and this snowball recipe does not disappoint, it’s really soft and it’s the same size as the regular. To lower the carb count and make it gluten free Almond Flour is used instead of normal flour and sweetener instead of sugar.

1 tsp Vanilla Extract
