Homemade shrimp ramen

The broth was homemade vegetable leftover broth, then I added the shrimp shells and simmered for 20 minutes. I strained the broth and put it back into the pot, added ginger and garlic, soy sauce, broccoli and carrots, cooked until tender, added ramen and shrimp
6 cups broth
1 3/4″ finely chopped piece of ginger
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 small bunch of broccoli, cut into pieces
3 carrots sliced
