  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then set aside on a paper towel to drain.
  3. Crack the eggs into the same skillet and cook to your liking (sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, etc.), then remove from the heat and set aside.
  4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into thin pieces.
  5. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
  6. Place the cheddar cheese slice on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. To assemble the breakfast stack, start with the melted cheese on the bottom, then layer on the avocado slices, followed by the tomato slices, bacon, and finally the eggs on top.
