Cookie Dough
1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
2 oz cream cheese room temperature
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour 224g
3/4 cup coconut flour 85g
1/2 cup monk fruit/erythritol sweetener, use 10 tablespoons if you prefer things sweeter
Optional 1 teaspoon cornstarch will make the centers softer!
3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
