32g/4 tbsp Coconut Flour
62g/4 tbsp Sweetener
8g/2 tsp Baking Powder
68g/ 4 ½ tbsp Butter, melted then cooled
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 Egg, at room temperature
1 tsp Food Coloring/Essence** If you are making different flavors
90g 90% Chocolate/Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips or White Chocolate Chips
(If your chocolate is not melting well, add 1 tbsp Coconut Oil)
Additional: Crushed Pecan Nuts/Walnuts, Shredded Coconut
If you love Cinnamon flavors, add equal parts of powdered sweetener and cinnamon powder to a bowl and combine. Coat the donut with melted butter then dust generously with cinnamon sweetener.
