My non-keto friends happily ate this lasagna without realising it was Keto. Of course you can imagine my hidden giggles before the announcement was made. There are no veggies in this lasagna so we can to keep the carb count down. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:
Red Sauce:
- 500g Ground Beef/Italian Sausage
- 1 tsp each – Salt, Pepper, Dried Oregano, Italian Seasoning/Dried Basil
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 350g Marinara/Passata Sauce
White Sauce:
- 200g Smooth Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 50g Parmesan, grated
- 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 200g Mozzarella (use more if you need to)
curious – why are some measurements in tbsp, tsp type and others in grams etc confusing?
