Keto Strawberry Pretzel Dessert
This Keto Strawberry Preztel Dessert with Brown Butter Pecan Crust is delicious. The crust gives you the taste of a pretzel and for a large slice its 0.8g net carbs…so virtually guilt-free. However the combination of layers swirling in your mouth was the biggest surprise for me, it would be perfectly suitable to serve on special occasions or to friends and family. Do note this recipe is flourless as well…Also if you are allergic to nuts but still wish to make it, perhaps skip the brown butter pecan crust layer.
- 2 boxes of sugar free Strawberry Gelatine
- 200g/1 cup Strawberries, sliced
- 225g/1 cup Cream Cheese, softened
- 153g/¾ cup Sweetener
- 249g/1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 360g/3 cups Raw Pecans, finely chopped
- 113g/1 stick Butter
