Lemon Cake
– 1 box yellow cake mix
– 3oz lemon jello packet
– 3 tbsp all purpose flour
– 5 eggs
– 2/3 cup melted butter (let cool down before adding to batter)
– 1 cup milk
– 1 tbsp lemon zest
– 4 tbsp lemon juice
– *optional* 1/4 tsp lemon extract
– *optional* 1 cup raspberries (put them on top of the batter in the pan)
