Delicate, juicy, moderately sweet and slightly sour – what more could you want from a cake? Oh, being carb-free! For some reason, this recipe pops up all the time and absolutely everyone likes it!

Contents:
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Sour cream – 120 g
Butter – 120 g
lemon juice – 4 tbsp. spoons
lemon peel – 1 pc.
Almond flour – 200 g
Baking soda – 2 teaspoons
Erythritol – 40 g

Cooking process:
1️⃣ Beat the eggs, add the softened butter and sour cream. Add lemon juice, zest and sweetener. Then add the flour and baking powder to the mixture. mix well
2️⃣ Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and pour the dough into it. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered erythritol before serving.
