Perfect Cream Fosting

Here is the simple and stable whipped cream recipe using gelatin. It is easy to make and store it for 2 to 3 days.
Gelatin Mixture:
Unflavored Gelatin powder – 1 tsp
Cold water – 6 tsp.

Whipping cream – 100 ml +1 tbsp
vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Icing sugar – 20 grams (adjust sweetness as per your taste)
