Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

This is pretty easy and quick to do. Heaps of cauliflower are roasted with garlic and olive oil. Roast the cauliflower in the oven at high heat until it turns golden on the outside. Roasting can also caramelize the garlic, and Roasting makes the cauliflower even tastier!
What Do You Need to Roast Cauliflower?
- fresh cauliflower flower
- Olive, coconut or oil of choice
- freshly chopped garlic
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Vegan cheese on request
- A large heavy-duty sheet pan
- Roast Cauliflower
- Cut cauliflower florets into bite-sized pieces
- toss the cauliflower with salt and pepper, oil, garlic,
- Unwrap a large baking sheet in an unmarried layer
- Cook until golden and crispy
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, divided into florets
- 3-4 cloves of minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place on a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
- Take a bowl and mix the salt and pepper, flowers, garlic and olive oil and mix until the Cauliflower is evenly coated with the oil and garlic. Now put it on a baking tray.
- Bake in an uncovered oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
- To make Creamy Sriracha Sauce: Whisk 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sriracha.
