CONTENTS
3 pounds Pork shoulder, butt or rib eye steak
8 glasses of Water
½ White Onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
2 teaspoons cumin
1 Tablespoon Dried Mexican Oregano (or regular Oregano)
2 cups Red Enchilada Sauce (El Pato or homemade: see post for recipe)
60 ounces Hominy, rinsed well and drained
