Vegan Pumpkin Cinnamon Pecan Buns



Ingredients:

* Water – 180 ml
* Dry yeast – 2 tsp
* Flour – 500 g
* Sugar or syrup – 1 tbsp. (I used agave syrup).
* Pumpkin puree – 335 g
* Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. (I used coconut oil).
* A pinch of salt.
* Pecan – 100 g. You can also use walnuts.
* Sugar – 90 g (I used coconut sugar).
* Cinnamon – to taste.
