All the yummy-ness of pizza without the carby crust
Ingredients:
- 1lb ground beef
- 1lb of ground sausage
- 6 oz bag pepperoni
- 4 C shredded mozzarella
- 8 slices provolone
- 1/2 C mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 C green pepper,chopped
- 1/2 C onions, diced
- 32 oz jar Rao’s sauce ( or any low carb sauce)
Directions:
in large skillet:brown sausage and beef. Drain and set aside
-layer ingredients in crockpot:
•a thin layer of sauce
•meat mixture
•pepperoni
•veggies
•mozzarella
-repeat these layers until all ingredients have been used
-add a layer of sliced provolone on the top
-cook on low for 4 hours
