Apple Crumble Ingredients 5-6 Apples (ca. 550-600g) peeled, cored and quartered 2 tbsp. flour 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. applesauce (or rhubarb applesauce) 1 tbsp. lemon juice Crumbles 200g flour 150g vegan margarine 6 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 packages vanilla sugar (or 2 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp. vanilla extract) Directions Preheat the oven to 200°C Start by slicing the quartered apple pieces in half and then into chunks Add them to the baking dish, along with the flour, 3 tbsp. brown sugar, cinnamon, applesauce and lemon juice Mix well For the crumbles add flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar to a mixing bowl and mix well Add vegan margarine and start mixing everything with your hands until it’s well combined Crumble the dough evenly over the apple chunks and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the crumbles are golden brown Serve with vegan whipped cream and Enjoy!
