1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes

1 cup tomato sauce

2 cups beef or chicken stock

1 cup corn kernels

1 cup diced carrots

1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

½ cup heavy cream or evaporated milk

Instructions

Brown the meat
Heat olive oil in a pot. Add ground meat and cook until fully browned. Remove excess fat.

Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3–4 minutes until soft. Stir in taco seasoning, cumin, and paprika.
