How to Make Baked Whole Cauliflower Stuffing Recipe ?
Ingredients
For the sauce;
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 1 teaspoon of red sweet ground pepper,
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder,
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder,
- 1 teaspoon salt.
For the inner filling;
- 3 carrots,
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
How to make a whole cauliflower stuffed in the oven?
- First, peel the carrots and then cut them into round slices.
- Then add the carrots to the pot.
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and carefully cut off the stem.
- Place it in the pot with the stem pruning at the bottom.
- Add water to half of the cauliflower, cover and boil.
- After it is boiled to remain slightly fresh, strain it with the help of a strainer.
- After draining the carrots, mash them with a fork.
- Add lemon juice, salt and olive oil to the carrot puree and mix well and put this mixture in a piping bag.
- Open the stems of the cauliflower slightly and start squeezing the mixture you have prepared between the branches with a piping bag.
- After the squeezing process is finished, place it in the baking dish lined with greaseproof paper, with the handle on the bottom.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and ground pepper.
- Using a brush, thoroughly rub this sauce all over the cauliflower.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
