How to Make Baked Whole Cauliflower Stuffing Recipe ?

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower

For the sauce;

  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of red sweet ground pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder,
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder,
  • 1 teaspoon salt.

For the inner filling;

  • 3 carrots,
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

How to make a whole cauliflower stuffed in the oven?

  1. First, peel the carrots and then cut them into round slices.
  2. Then add the carrots to the pot.
  3. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and carefully cut off the stem.
  4. Place it in the pot with the stem pruning at the bottom.
  5. Add water to half of the cauliflower, cover and boil.
  6. After it is boiled to remain slightly fresh, strain it with the help of a strainer.
  7. After draining the carrots, mash them with a fork.
  8. Add lemon juice, salt and olive oil to the carrot puree and mix well and put this mixture in a piping bag.
  9. Open the stems of the cauliflower slightly and start squeezing the mixture you have prepared between the branches with a piping bag.
  10. After the squeezing process is finished, place it in the baking dish lined with greaseproof paper, with the handle on the bottom.
  11. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and ground pepper.
  12. Using a brush, thoroughly rub this sauce all over the cauliflower.
  13. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
