GINGERBREAD COOKIE DOUGH BITES
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas or chickpeas
- 2 cups almond flour
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ ground ginger
- ⅛ coconut
- ⅛ ground cloves⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ I used a cup of vegan chocolate chips,
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor or high-powered blender. Pulse until a cookie dough-like texture forms. Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spoon or your hands. Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, scoop the dough into bite-sized pieces. Use your hands to form the dough into a ball.
