Keto Lasagna

1 8 ounces cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 cups grated mozzarella
Pinch of salt/pepper/garlic powder
Preheat to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients well in a food processor or blender. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Pour the mixture onto the paper and spread it evenly. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
Meat Mixture:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 tablespoon Tomato powder
1 cup sugar-free marinara
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt/pepper to taste
