Mozzarella cheese, grated – 200 g
Almond flour – 75 g
Psyllium – 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt, garlic powder, onion and paprika – to taste

1️⃣ Melt the mozzarella in the microwave. Add almond flour, psyllium and spices on it. Mix it well. Divide the dough in half and roll into balls
2️⃣ Take the balls between two layers of parchment, roll them out as thin as possible with a rolling pin and cut them into triangles with a pizza cutter and place them on the baking tray. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 6-8 minutes.
