Here’s a recipe for Vegan No-Bake Granola Cups:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dairy-free yogurt or fresh fruit, for topping
