These #postrecipes French Fries are golden crispy and so delicious! They are an easy and healthy version of classic fries. These are the best homemade fries. Great with chicken, steak, burgers, or by themselves!

INGREDIENTS & SUBSTITUTIONS

Russet potatoes are the best for homemade French fries. These potatoes are high in starch. In addition, they are dense and have very little moisture in them naturally. I highly recommend using Russet potatoes for this recipe.

Avocado oil, coconut oil, or ghee can be used instead of olive oil.

A high-quality sea salt makes all the difference in this recipe. I use Maldon sea salt which is flaky and delicious! A little ground pepper adds flavor too.

Feel free to add in a pinch of garlic powder, paprika, or onion powder for even more flavor.
