How To
First of all, take eggs and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat them with a mixer until they turn white.
Continue whisking by adding milk and sunflower oil to the mixture.
Mix the chocolate chips with the cocoa. Mix in the sifted flour and baking powder.
Continue whisking after adding the cocoa mixture.
Grease the inside of the cups with sunflower oil.
Line up the cups in a thin-bottomed saucepan and fill them halfway with warm water.
Fill the inside of the cups with cake batter, leaving a finger of rise.
It is very important that the rising water vapor during cooking does not reach the cake mortar.
Therefore, cover the cups with clean kitchen cloth or greaseproof paper.
Cook the cake on high heat until the water boils. When the water starts to boil, take it to low heat and cook for 15-20 minutes.
