Instructions 1. Prepare the Skewers Season meat cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Thread 3–4 pieces of meat onto each wooden skewer to make “mock drumsticks.” 2. Bread the Skewers Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third. Coat each skewer in flour. Dip into beaten eggs. Roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated. 3. Fry Until Golden Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each skewer until golden brown on all sides (about 3–4 minutes per side). Place on a wire rack to drain excess oil. 4. Optional Baking Step (Traditional Method) To make them extra tender: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Place browned skewers in a baking dish. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth to the bottom of the dish (not over the skewers). Cover with foil and bake for 30–40 minutes. 5.
