Lemony Sweet

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened plant based yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
