Preheat your oven broiler to high and line a baking dish with foil.
Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting through the top of the shell and gently pulling the meat out, placing it on top of the shell.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until slightly thickened (about 3–4 minutes).
Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter sauce generously.
Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and lightly browned on top.
Serve immediately with remaining sauce and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
