Lobster Bisque (low carb + keto)

I almost always order a lobster biscuit when I see it on a menu because it looks so posh. Still, I agree that they’re generally heavy on soup and light on lobster. Finally, I decided to make a quick, low-carb, weeknight-friendly version with big chunks of tender, garlicky, buttery lobster!
When I say weekday friendly, I really mean it! This soup is ready in 30 minutes and there is almost no clean up as you cook it all in one pot. Using packaged cold lobster meat also meant I didn’t have to waste time dealing with the shell!
(Note: I got mine from Butcherbox. Lobster comes in 8 oz packs, so you can easily halve or double this recipe depending on the number of packs you include in your shipment!)
