Ingredients:
• 800 grams of mushrooms
• 2 spoonful butter
• 3 tablespoons of flour
• 4 teaspoons of tomato paste
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• Fresh onion• 200 grams of cream
• 1 teaspoon of sweet ground red pepper
• 1 teaspoon of curry
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of cumin
Instructions
1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in the oven with a little butter until golden brown.
2. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, curry and red chili powder to the mushrooms and mix.
3. Add flour and cumin to the mushrooms and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute.
4. Then add the tomato paste and whisk.
5. After the mushrooms are cooked a little, add the cream and mix until the water is absorbed.
6. Sprinkle finely chopped spring onions on the goulash you have prepared. Enjoy your meal!
