Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs (700g) mixed fish fillets (such as cod, haddock, or sea bass), cut into large chunks
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fish or vegetable broth
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
