1lb claw crabmeat
1/2lb scallops
1 Can of baby clams,
2 raw petite lobster tails
2pks cooked tiny baby shrimp
pkg raw baby Kale
1 bunch spring onion
bell pepper
bok Choy
2 cans Rotel habanero tomatoes
32 oz chicken broth
Chopped garlic
1/2 stick butter
Garlic salt, cayenne pepper, onion powder, old bay
Unflavored coconut oil
Sauté chopped onion, green pepper, bok Choy & garlic in the coconut oil, add tomatoes, chicken broth and juice from clams (set clams aside) and seasonings to taste, bring to a boil then add seafood and simmer 5-10 minutes until scallops split, add in kale & clams, simmer until wilted and enjoy.
