Air Fryer Broccoli
Learn how to make healthy and crispy Air Fryer Broccoli Florets in 10 minutes. This easy 4-ingredient recipe makes a delicious and quick family-friendly side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon Oil or oil spray (use vegetable broth or water for WFPB cooking)
Spice
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic and onion powder
Optional Garnishes
- Fresh herbs such as rosemary or parsley
- Fresh lemon juice and lemon slices
- Red pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, drizzle the broccoli florets with the oil. I prefer olive oil or avocado oil. You can also use a few mist oil sprays instead. For WFPB cooking, use 1 tablespoon of water or vegetable stock.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices. Discard well so the flowers are well covered.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on your fryer baking paper or basket. Don’t overcrowd them. Depending on the size of your fryer, you may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 10 minutes at 380° Fahrenheit. Open the lid and gently shake the basket halfway.
- Broccoli is ready when it is crumpled and lightly browned. Remove from air fryer.
- Air Fried Roasted Broccoli is ready! Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with additional garnishes and lemon juice. Entertainment!
