Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

• Preheat to 180°C (350°F).

2. Mix the Dip Base

1. In a large bowl, combine:

   • Refried beans

   • Cream cheese

   • Sour cream

   • Taco seasoning

   • Salsa or Rotel

   • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

2. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

3. Assemble

1. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish or cast iron skillet.

2. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese on top (Monterey Jack, cheddar, or Mexican blend).

4. Bake

• Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.

5. Serve

Serve hot with:

• Tortilla chips

• Crackers

• Veggie sticks

• Warm tortillas
