Materials for Pirzola Pirzolas:
Salmon fillet – 150 g
Garlic, dust – h. Spoon
Thyme, black whisk, red pepper – h. Spoon
Pepper and salt to taste
Green onion – 25 g
Avocado oil – for frying
Finely chop the green onion. In a bowl, mix all dry spices.
Chop 2 tek salmon fillet into small pieces (as in Katran-Tar). Add the spice, onion, mix carefully with your hands and create three chops.
High over medium heat in the pan, add avocado oil (olive) and fry the pyrzolas for 3-4 minutes on both sides. Don’t overcome it!
